Our 100% chuck hamburger patties are made especially for us by a local vendor. They are grilled over an open fire Chargrill giving them a flavor reminiscent of a backyard cookout. Our fried entrees are all hand breaded  - Country Fried Steak, Chicken Tenders, Fish Fillet, and Chicken Breasts and we use 100% vegetable oil for all  frying. Our homemade dressings include: Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Honey Mustard, Sweet/Sour Vinaigrette, all made daily. These can be purchased to take home. Our signature Tortilla Soup is made from a guarded secret recipe and has become famous in the Lake District. Some people swear it has curative properties! We can fill your own pot for the holidays- (no one needs to know it isn't your recipe.) - Or you can purchase by the quart or gallon.
